1. Who we are

Synexia Technologies (“Synexia”, “we”, “us”) is a software development and AI engineering studio. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Contact: technologiessynexia@gmail.com · +44 7988 519735.

2. Data we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, email, call or message us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, phone number and information about your project.

Technical data. When you load the website, our hosting and security providers automatically process your IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and the date and time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not sell personal data, and the website has no user accounts.

3. How we use your data

  • To reply to enquiries, prepare proposals and provide our services (steps taken at your request or to perform a contract).
  • To keep the website secure, available and fast (our legitimate interests).
  • To keep business records and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
  • To show advertising through our advertising partner, which helps fund the website (legitimate interests and, where required, consent).

We only send marketing emails if you have asked to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Netlify and Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery and security.
  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
  • Google: email (Gmail) and web fonts (Google Fonts), which receive your IP address when fonts load.
  • Unsplash: some images are loaded from images.unsplash.com, which receives your IP address.
  • Google AdSense: Google and its partners use cookies to show ads on this website based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings or at www.aboutads.info. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK and EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We may also disclose data if required by law.

5. Cookies

We do not use analytics cookies. Our security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to detect bots and keep the site safe. Our advertising partner, Google AdSense, uses cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. You can block cookies and notifications in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly.

6. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as required by contract, tax and accounting rules. Server logs held by our hosting providers are kept for short periods under their own retention policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to receive a copy of your data. To make a request, email technologiessynexia@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Security

The website is served only over HTTPS, and we limit access to personal data to people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
